Violations or repeater violations may result in temporary or permanent bans.

6. Communication Guidelines

Users may communicate via in-app chat features. You agree:

• Not to send or spam unsolicited messages
• Not to engage in illegal activities, harassment, or exploitation

Bloomrate reserves the right to monitor communications to ensure safety and compliance.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content (excluding user content), including logos, design, and software, is the property of Bloomrate and protected under applicable laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Content Moderation and Reporting

Users can report Harmful, Abusive, Misleading, or Violating content.

We review reports and take appropriate action immediately. This includes suspension or termination.

If you believe your copyright is infringed, you may contact us with:

We will respond per DMCA requirements.

• Invulnerable Security
• Uninterrupted Service
• Error-Free Operation
• Content Accuracy

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the law, Bloomrate shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of data or security breach
• User interaction or disputes

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bloomrate harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your content
• Your violations of the terms
• Contacts outside the App
